Hi,

With the tough economy, I think it is important to thank you for continuing  to support the shop.  We are conscious that you have other choices  and we strive to build lasting relationships with you, our customers.  Please let me know how we are doing and ways we might be able to improve your experience at MYS! Thanks!

A Letter from Kathie Kobler                              (Bereavement Coordinator, Lutheran General)

“Dear Mosaic Yarn Shop Friends,

Thank you very much for your generous gift to our Bereavement Program.  The blankets you have donated are gorgeous!  They will be treasured by the babies & families who receive them.  Please know that the work of your hands & hearts is greatly appreciated.  Thank you again for sharing your talent with our babies families."
