My First Sweater (That Fits)
Use Ann Budd's book "The Knitter's Handy Book of Patterns" and the yarn of your choice to make a basic pullover sweater or cardigan in any size. The set-in-sleeve is flattering to almost all body types. Couture techniques are taught to refine your knitting repertoire, including measuring your body, adjusting the pattern, paired increases/decreases, selvedge edges, sloped bind off, seaming, and picking up stitches.
