Crocheted Top-Down Hat with Applied Border (via Zoom)
Grab a a 100 gram skein of worsted weight yarn and learn how to crochet a hat with an interesting pattern from the top down.
Special techniques include: magic ring, crocheting in the round, increasing, crocheting in the front/back of the loop and an "applied" ribbing.
Sample done in Berroco Vintage. You need a G & H hook.
Sizing from newborn to adult.
We will use Toni Lipsey's pattern: Mega Pom Beanie. Each student must purchase a copy of the pattern.
