Class Policies & Cancellations

Class Materials

Unless otherwise noted, all yarn must be purchased from Mosaic Yarn Studio. Please shop for your supplies as early as possible in case special orders are needed.

Students receive 10% off all class materials.

Out of courtesy to your fellow students and instructor, please arrive with:

• All required supplies
• Yarn wound and ready to use
• Any necessary tools or notions
• The required book or pattern (if applicable)

Our instructors strive to begin class promptly.

Registration

Pre-registration is required for all classes. You may register:

• Online
• By phone with a credit card
• In person at the shop

Minimum Enrollment

Classes require a minimum number of students to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

Student Requirements

Students must be at least 12 years old and meet any prerequisites listed in the class description.

To provide the best learning experience for everyone, guests are not permitted in class.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

If you cancel at least one week before the start of class, your payment will be issued as store credit.

Cancellations made less than one week before the class start date are non-refundable.

As a courtesy to our instructors:

• Make-up classes are not available.
• Missed classes cannot be prorated or refunded.
