Tension: 22 sts x 28 rows, in 10cm (4 in), over st st using 4mm needles
Origin: Peru Care Instructions: Machine washable on a wool program ideally using a wool detergent at 30?C or below. Dry flat, do not sun dry or tumble dry. Avoid wringing and twisting.
Description: Superwash DK is a lovely standard DK weight yarn made from 100% superwashed merino meaning that the fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable, therefore will not felt when dyed or washed. It is a great yarn for an easy-care garment. The merino is 21 micron and therefore very soft and not at all itchy or scratchy next to the skin.
With a 4/9nm construction the yarn has lovely stitch definition and can be readily used in any pattern using a standard DK weight yarn.
The merino is mulesing free and comes from South America.
